Michael just finished installing a new kitchen sink faucet set in our home. He was on time and very professional. He explained the charges and made sure we understood the process. He wore protection on his shoes, wore a mask and maintained the proper social distancing. He did a great job and demonstrated how the new set worked. Payment process was straight forward and the charge did not exceed the estimate. Michael was very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Mr Drain to anyone in need of plumbing services. This is not the first time I’ve called Mr Drain Plumbing for help and I’m sure it’s not the last.

Mike was on time everyday. My clogged drain turned into much larger job. Mike gave a clear explanation of what was needed, the duration of the job and the estimated cost. The job took 4 days including jack-hammering the garage and hallway floor, re-plumbing two sinks and a half bath through an interior and exterior wall, and finally filling the holes and pouring concrete. They were very respectful of our property and moved everything needed. The supervisor stopped by everyday to make sure we were satisfied and check the progress. The communication was great and they explained each step along the way. Mike made sure to connect up my kitchen sink and dishwasher the first day. We highly recommend this plumber and will use again

Mike did a great job replacing our broken garbage disposal today. He also removed an old water filtration system and helped us find a fix for our malfunctioning hot water recirculating pump, without charging extra for any of it. Fantastic service from a great professional. & Replaced our water heater Always very pleased by all of Mr. Drain Plumbing technicians, highly recommended.

Thank you Mr Drain I had a broken shower handle which forced us to shut the water off to the house. They were able to send out Mike right away, on a Friday night , so we weren’t without water all weekend. I’m so thankful he found and replaced the part. Now we can keep clean! We recommend this plumber
