Great Service! Called Oak Valley Plumbers at 8:45 p.m. when the flushing toilet backed up into the shower (never a good sign). Jacob picked up right away, listened to the issue and found a tech for us, even though they were having a busy night. Joey came within the hour and showed us exactly what the issue was (no more flushing those 'flushable' wipes...) and proceeded to get the job done. Oak Valley Plumbers has very skilled, well-trained, professional, clean and courteous staff. They really know their stuff! Joey ran the mainline and the roof vent and confirmed with the camera that the lines were clear. We were very happy the problem was resolved, quickly and completely!
Mike was simply amazing. He empathized with my leak in a bathroom tub faucet, he was really professional, quick and knowledgeable and was compassionate that, as a new homeowner, I didn't know where the water heater was. I feel like with the advice and knowledge that he gave to me, I made out ahead with what the cost was. I would love to request him specifically for any other issues I may have in the future for plumbing.nWE WILL BE USING OAK VALLEY PLUMBERS AGAIN

The plumber MIKE was on time and completed our mainline drain cleaning in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and provided tips on how to avoid clogs in the future. It was our first time using OAK VALLEY PLUMBERS and will recommend them to family and friends.
