Experienced a whole house blockage due to some roots getting into the sewer line. I called Oak Valley Plumbers up first thing Sunday morning and had a response within 5 minutes. They were busy but were at my house within 2 hours. The two gentlemen ( I don’t recall their names) that came out were very professional, proficient, and provided outstanding service. I can not say enough good things about this company. If I ever need a plumber again they will definitely be first on my call list. Thank you for your exceptional work!

Michael just finished installing a new kitchen sink faucet set in our home. He was on time and very professional. He explained the charges and made sure we understood the process. He wore protection on his shoes, wore a mask and maintained the proper social distancing. He did a great job and demonstrated how the new set worked. Payment process was straight forward and the charge did not exceed the estimate. Michael was very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend OAK VALLEY PLUMBERS to anyone in need of plumbing services. This is not the first time I’ve called OAK VALLEY PLUMBERS for help and I’m sure it’s not the last.

I love the service that they provide. One morning I woke up and realizing there is a leak in the bathroom and I saw that they were close to my location. So I hit them up and right away within 20 minutes they were there fixing it up. Good prices for sure and professionalism exists .

On a faithful Saturday morning my quarter turn toilet shut off valve handle broke sprayed water . I live in I condominium building so shutting off the water to fix it impacts 7 other units. Mike came very professional nice guy and did awesome work new valve looks great. Thank you for being available on the weekend.
