I went in on a Monday and was told the cleaners would have my suit jacket ready on Thursday night or Friday (written on my slip). They never bothered to take my last name. When I came back I was told that such an early day was impossible and I should have known they require a full seven days. I don't know that the actual owner was involved with this, but the employee essentially lied to me. That jacket missed two court dates, because the lady couldn't just tell me the truth, so I could go somewhere else to get the job done in time. I will not be coming back here for dry cleaning.
I've been doing my laundry here for about 6 months and it's generally a good place to go. Unfortunately some of the workers allow the homeless to come in a sleep on the couches and don't say a word. I was there today and this guy slept on the couch the entire time I was there. Nothing against them, but come on man.
The place was very clean and the young man that worked there was very nice and helpful
Majority of machines take credit card and change machine is stocked. Staff is very friendly and was happy to answer all my questions. My go to laundromat.
No problems everything worked well in and out.
