My gross tile floors are now glorious tile floors. Worth every darn penny, because who has two thumbs and isn't sore from head to toe? Me. Because someone else (Alex, to be exact) made those floors shine. Thank you so much!

I thought most carpet cleaning businesses were alike. Boy was I wrong. This is the first time I have used Advanced, but it won't be the last. I had the pleasure of meeting Alex when I arrived at my old apartment to clean my carpets. He had called me earlier to say he was available earlier, which I appreciated very much. He is a man of integrity, and cares very much about his customers. He proved that to me by measuring my space and reducing the price because I quoted more square footage than was actually there. He also problem solved with me a stain that I was concerned about, and gave me his honest opinion on how to proceed, respected my decision to let me talk to my landlord. He was respectful of my time and did a fantastic job in record time.nFollows all covid-19 requirements. I definitely would use this company again! Tammy Mae

We have used A Advanced Carpet Cleaners a few times now. Alex was fantastic. He took time and care to address particular areas of our carpet that needed extra attention. Our carpets look great and have that new carpet bounce back to them! Very happy with the service.

Alex was wonderful, scheduled drop-off on my schedule and was even accommodating to changes. It took about a week and a half to have my 5x7 rug cleaned, but he explained there is a process for the full cleaning and care. Brought my rug home and opened it up, it was beautiful and soft and fluffy, everything I was looking for! Will definitely go back in the future.

Needed a heavy Persian style rug cleaned from a dining area. This is the only way I would want it cleaned: hung out, elevated, not a truck vacuum service. My only grievance was I had to deliver it myself for a timely job. The shop is not particularly accessible for a drop-in like me and there was no assistance wrestling the roll in and out of my truck. They do offer p/u and delivery which I would highly recommend unless its a small runner or area rug.
