Okay where do I start, called them same day as service and Robert was able to get me in at 5pm, not only did get get my carpets cleaned but he told me about protectant and ways to keep my carpets to stay clean a little longer! He made sure that my walls were protected and my vinyl flooring with this protection Matt. I highly suggest going through certified green, Robert does amazing work and puts a lot of detail into his work. He truly cares about his customers home/experience. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company! Thank you so much for being able to get our kids slim out along with our carpets cleaned.
Roberto came today to clean dog poop stains I honestly didn’t think could be cleaned. We were thinking we would have to replace our carpet because we made the stains worse while trying to clean it up. He really saved us today! Wish I could show the before and after pictures. Professional and extremely quick. Will be booking with him again for sure!
I called this company to get an estimate for some carpet clean and he was not professional during the conversation and ended up hanging up on me.
I booked a slot on their website yesterday for 3pm I believe, and waited for someone to come to my apartment. I got an email at 3:46PM yesterday telling me that no one could get out to my home, which is about a 3 minute drive from their location you have listed on google, and they would be able to come out today at 4pm. I responded to the email saying that that would be fine, and I have waited and it is 4:32PM currently and no one has gotten in contact with me about the carpet cleaning by phone, text, or email to say they couldn't come out today either or to tell me they were going to be later than 4PM.nThanks so much.
Robert did an amazing job on the carpet. He was very personable, hard working, and attentive to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to ask for his help again.
