The guys in the store are super helpful and friendly. And while we do love the wood selection - the wood shop worker is ALWAYS smoking and never wearing a mask because of it and coughing. Also several times the saw hasn't been working to cut the wood we need.nnI really think it would benefit the store to have a different employee out there. It affects the shopping experience to be smelling cigarette smoke and worrying about your health and safety.
Personal people. Real people. Nothing like lowes or home depot or any other big hardware store. Here you can do special orders. Get custom wood. And great prices.
Old but clean and organized. Not big. Not a lot of draw. Just okay. Underwhelmed.
A great local hardware store me personally and the company i work for always come to martin before Lowe's to see if they have what we need which most of the time they do because we love supporting locally owned small American companies. Martin in my opinion has some of the highest quality lumber for sale in the area as well as a large selection of tools and hardware I highly recommend shopping here you get a much more personalized customer service experience from friendly employees compared to the bigger box stores and they let businesses open lines of credit so anytime my boss needs something I can just go and charge it to our account! Keep up the great work Martin!!
