First of all, THANK YOU!! James and his teammates Jose and Trent, did an EXCELLENT JOB!! We know our water leak repair was not an easy one, especially as our house was built on post tension cables, making it each time harder to resolve the problem. Despite all this, the team not only demonstrated the professional knowledge to work through it but also showed caution, care, and much consideration while keeping us informed every step of the way. We cannot also emphasize how much we appreciated how hard they worked through the weekend, and even taking the time to come in when not regularly scheduled just to help us (like when James came on his day off to give the final confirmation to complete the project). This has not been a pleasant experience in terms of how something like this interrupts daily life in ways you would not expect until you have to deal with a similar situation, but James and his team helped us significantly and for this we are so grateful. Thank you once again!

I would have LOVED to use this business but the type of work that was needed to be done the previous company needed to fix it. Jamie and his associate came out and checked EVERYTHING. He was very professional and took time out to try to figure out the problem that was having an issue. He was able to give us a Recommendation on what work needed to done and fixed. I would definitely recommend this company and if I have any other work that needs to be followed up; this is the company that will be doing it. Thank you Jamie!!!

The owner of this business (Jamie) is very unique because while it is of course a business first and foremost, it is also a passion for Jamie. Perfection is his intended goal and his work and the quality of it are critically important to him. Jamie lives for City Water Conservation I think!nnCustomer service is rare in today's world and yet City Water Conservation provides it with ease.
