Not professional, We were given estimate of $250 to replace small part on water heater and changed $375. When we asked to have charge adjusted we were ignored. Regional manager was unhelpful he is a crook and lowlife to do this to customer. Never again will I use roto rotor.

They came out to fix our drain on a night call. Very fast service ,polite and the price was right and they even cleaned up after themselves!!! Will definitely use them again.

Last week Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Restoration fixed a broken toilet flap and today, they fixed the leak under the sink. They are responsive, helpful, dependable, honest and his prices are very fair. I highly recommend them!
