Mike arrived on time wearing a mask and ready to work even though it was very hot that day. He answered all my questions and took time to explain what needed to be done. The size water heater I wanted was already on his truck. He did an excellent job in just a couple hours. No mess, no problems. Very professional job. I highly recommend Water Heaters Repair

We made the decision to replace out 11 yr old water heater on a Sunday. By the end of that day we had an installation appointment for Wednesday between 8:00 and 11:00am. Alex arrived at 8:00 and was finished by 10:20am. The installation was professional and clean. Alex went beyond expectations by having to climb into the attic to correct a bad installation of the vent pipe by the previous owner. Alex covered and protected my floors and was very careful of the laundry area.nAll COVID requirements were safely met. The water heater was installed, pipes wrapped, the area cleaned. Alex provided me a brief instruction on lighting the pilot and setting the water temp. Alex provided all necessary paperwork. We had hot water by 11:00am! Very impressed with the professionalism and excellent customer service of Water Heaters Repair These guys are pros!

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, ValuenWe had a leak in our main water line and had no idea where to begin. PLUMBER did some work at our house before and it was good, so we decided to try them again for this. Jerry came out and narrowed down the location and explained the options. In addition to going over the work with my wife, he also called me, and then even came back later that day when I got home to walk through it. The financing options are great at 0%. The actual work was heavy duty cutting through concrete, trenching, installing new pipe, then backfill with concrete, and even replacing some brick. I couldn't believe the quality and efficiency of the crew. They were on time, polite, CLEAN, and they worked hard all day to knock out this huge project in 2 days! Jerry, the crew, and Jondee have definitely earned my business and recommendation. I will not need to worry anymore about which plumbing company to call with my old house, they can do everything.

WE HAD A WATER HEATER GO OUT ON A SUNDAY NIGHT AND MIKE THE PLUMBER CAME OUT AND CHANGED OUT OUR OLD WATER HEATER.nAND MIKES PRICES WERE VERY FAIR.. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLUMBER
