Friendly, efficient, and their service plan is reasonable.nI discovered my a/c on the blink at 4 on a Friday. Temp outside was 105. The weekend promised more of the same. I called Honeys right away. The earliest spot was 2-4 the next day. Not bad, I thought. Then a technician called and said he was coming in from Stockton and I would be on his way. He repaired the burned out relay and decided to wash out the dust and dirt too which meant a second climb to the roof mounted unit, even though the same had been done just a few months before during my regular service call. I dont need to say they are great. I believe this story says it better.

We had a great experience with Honey. George and his team took exceptional care to protect our property throughout the 11 hours they were here. Cleanup was thorough, down to placing our birdbath back in its original position. Equipment performance was explained well. We will definitely continue to use them and to recommend them to others.

Abe our technician was awesome. He was very polite and professional. You could tell that he genuinely loves what he does. His advise and knowledge was very useful. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I called Honey’s at 8:30pm and they were still answering the phone. I was able to schedule a service call to have my heater repaired within 2 days which was very acceptable due to the first frost of the year and knowing they would be swamped. Actually received a call from them this morning and they had an opening and were able to have a repairman out by noon. So within 16 hours they had my heater working! That is customer service to me!
