The Everett office staff & Dr. Malakouti are very caring. I feel like I am being heard. Thanks to all of you!

They turned me away because I'm exempt from wearing a mask. The doctor and his team that have seen me literally require a mask to enter the building - but they tell you to take it off immediately after so they can give me 20+ shots in my face and neck. As a veteran - I don't have a lot of choices without paying out of pocket. What a joke. I've contacted TriWest, the VA and the ADA to file a complaint. Still not being treated.

No one ever answers the phone.nNo one responds to your calls in the manner you designate when you leave a voicemail. They call you at 5pm and if you miss the call then you’re just gonna have to wait to talk to them the next day. It’s been 4 days and I’m still waiting for someone to contact me back about a prescription change for antibiotics, I’m off them now and my skin is breaking out. The lack of concern for their patient is baffling.

I’ve been seeing Dr Valentine for almost 30 years. He’s a great dr and listens to your issues. He lets you know what is the best course of treatment. I was there today for my yearly check up and he had to prescribe me different medication since my insurance will no longer pay for the one I’ve been using for many years. I will always go to him as long as he’s still working.

I've been seeing Dr. Mark Valentine for several years; he is a very well educated and experienced dermatologist. He solved my issue on day one! More importantly, he is one of the nicest and most congenial doctors I've ever met; I actually look forward to seeing him every time I have a check-up appointment and wonder what we'll talk about next (and not just medical-related). Also a shout-out to his assistant Grace, who's just as pleasant to work with.
