They couldn’t be a worse company. Dont bother
I’m a renter and my landlord put in a order with them. They called me on speaker phone and I couldn’t even hear the guy and he ignored me when I told him I could hear him and then he hung up and since then I have been trying to reach them with no answer from both the phone numbers I have . My landlord said they are to be here the next day but I doubt that since I have no clue what time or anything. My landlord can’t even tell me the time. So I would give them a zero star but can’t . Don’t use this company at all.
Very good customer service and maintenance. I highly recommend this Hug Plumbing Heating & Cooling company.
3 days for an appointment. 4 days to submit work order to Warranty. Never answers the phone, or return messages.nnEnded up not using them.
I had great experience with Hug Plumbing. They are very professional, efficient & straight. I hired them for my ac repair in Santa Rosa & they did great job. They are knowledgeable, super easy to work with, respectful, and kind. I highly recommend Hug Plumbing for your heating and air conditioning needs.
