Oh my gosh, what *didn't* I like about the experience?! He was a *superb* plumbing detective, figuring what was going on at the property on which I'm renting in Petaluma.. It has quite a complex group of buildings and apartments with shared paths to the sewer. Half detective, and truly half magician!, and a very nice person, to boot..

They were responsive and very helpful... good communication....(they actually answer the phone when you call!)......they helped take care of the blocked sewer drain that same day (Saturday) and charged a very reasonable price.nI will use them again.
