We had an old water heater in the middle of a condo with a slab floor and the existing pressure relief line broke under the slab somewhere. James installed a new water heater with a sensor in the pan and an alarm and automatic water shutoff. Without tearing up the floor, this passed code. The finished work looks great!

I would rather deal with a problem for months on end just to avoid having strangers in my home. These folks are honest, patient, and care about what’s right. I can’t imagine you will be disappointed and you won’t have to deal with a plumbing problem for months. Win, win.
