I had a leak under my kitchen sink that I’d put off fixing until it got worse. Tuesday it was dripping everywhere. It was already 5pm when I saw it. They were able to get me an appointment at 1pm the next day. The main office called to let me know he was on his way and Chris arrived at 12:55. He looked at the problem and gave me a quote and it was fixed within the hour. He was very professional and personable. I’ll definitely use them in the future (and probably not put it off so long).
Mr. Rooter replaced two toilets at our home this weekend. The gentleman showed up exactly on time, came in and assessed the situation. He went out and got the materials, told me he'd be back in an hour. I pulled in from a short errand and he arrived ahead of time right when I got there. Efficient change out even when the dog kept trying to help him. Immaculate when he left, fully clarified everything he did. I don't know how this could have been easier nor better. I've used them many times in the past and had the same opinion each time. Why go anywhere else?
David arrived on time and equipped with PPE. He was polite and very helpful. He completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself.nAfter he left we discovered that the bathroom faucet he installed was slightly out of square with the wall. I called and he promptly came back and fixed the alignment issue.nI am very pleased with the customer service.
Mr. Rooter Plumbing has always done awesome work for us. We've had other service professionals (plumbers, contractors, painters) come to our house and have been disappointed with the quality of work done. But never with Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Their company goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them!!
Garreth was great to work with. Very professional, friendly, on time, and explained everything perfectly. He worked incredibly hard and was respectful of our property -- and did exactly what he said he'd do, on time and at the fair estimate.
