I grew up ice skating here and theres so much I never knew about Charles and his family. My mom used to ice skate with his daughter and I thought I learned a bunch from her. But I was wrong! This museum is very well put together. I love that they kept his office exactly as it was when he was alive and creating. What a wonderful gift from the Schulz family for all to feel apart of it. It's a must see if your local or visiting.
Charles M Schulz Museum is totally worth a visit if you are a fan of the adorable Snoopy, Charles Brown and their friends.nnIt took us about 1.5 hours drive which was quite bad from San Francisco to Santa Rosa. There were also some famous “farm-to-table” restaurants that you should plan to visit at the same trip.nnThe admission is $12 for adults and tickets for seniors and students are also available. We were there for about 2 hours including watching a short Peanuts movie.nnThe exhibition is great with interesting information like the history, manuscript and vintage merchandise. Visitors can take lots of photos with character statues standing around the museum.nnThe souvenir store is amazing as well with a variety of products and the most memorable part for me was they had a collaboration T-shirt from other countries including my hometown Taiwan.
Amazing place to bath urself into the world of Snoopy.
Still one of my favorite museums and it reminds me of my childhood! Thank you Charles M. Schulz and the people who brought this museum to life.
