Doug came out on time and went right to the problem, repairing the separation crack in the water main and bib/pipe to my house. He was on time, had the needed parts for the repair, was quick, and his poise in character was nothing short of professional and very pleasant to work with, qualities you seldom find in businesses and service personnel these days. This experience with Ongaro and their rep Doug left a very impressive mark indelibly impressed on my mind and would not hesitate for a second to use this service again in the future. It would serve Ongaro well if they could secretly obtain Doug’s well-rounded DNA and start cloning future reps, leaving their competitors in the dust and far out of reach.nAgain, my kudos to Sir Doug who flawlessly represents Ongaro well!
Aldo is a consummate professional. Super responsive, on time for the job, loves problem solving, and very flexible. Aldo came over to diagnose a backed up bathroom that another plumber in the area had unsuccessfully attempted to solve, and immediately found the cause of the issue. When he discovered it was because of another company’s work, he offered to talk that company through the issues, and cleared up the matter quickly. He’s also flexible, answering last minute questions and concerns about my water heater and actually helping me remove old pipes from the home. He is the reason why I will only call Ongaro (particularly him) foe any future plumbing job.
Anthony did a thorough job servicing our heater. As part of his checklist, he went under the house to check the ducting. He also had highly sensitive equipment to check the carbon monoxide levels and other equipment to check the functionality of the unit. We appreciated his advice and thoroughness. This is his second time servicing our home. I'd give him more than 5 stars if I could.
I requested a difficult installation of a large customer provided sink and faucet in a tight space requiring adaptation to old 1946 piping; this required problem solving and innovation. Ontario & Sons plumber, Randy Shell, was up to the task. Very hard working and creative; professional, respectful and listened well to my preferences. Randy also diagnosed a decrease in hot water that was a result of cold water leaking into the whole house system.
On time, professional, great knowledge and explanation of products material, and labor. Keeping my family safe is THE most important thing. When it was time to replace my old heater and ducts Ongaro and Sons was who I had do all my work. I looked at some of the other heating companies. But Anthony from Ongaro and Sons lead me through the whole process and answered all my questions! 5 Stars!
