We ordered curbside pickup, they were over 15 minutes late from what The pickup time was, looking into the lobby there were 2 employees standing there watching another employee dance around in circles, they were busy they had A-line of cars through the drive up yet they had time to dance around in circles. We called them told them that we had been waiting longer than 15 minutes of what it was supposed to take to have order ready they threw our order in the bag smashed it all down and threw things in the bag upside down so that it leaked all over! Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen in Cedar City! They need to have adult supervision in that restaurant they are nothing more than a bunch of kids that don't know what customer service is! It is my opinion that the manager on shift on 18 November 2020 at 7:30 p.m. should be terminated because they cannot control the employees in the restaurant!

Cafe Rio is at star menu but in our visit it was a little rough. They had signs everywhere indicating they had carne asada. When we get there to order, not only do they not have carne asada but they don't have any beef whatsoever. Then when we placed our order there was miscommunication as to what we ordered and what we were charged. It was a Togo order and no utensils were included in the bags. We had two salads and they didn't put any of their dressing in the bags. We ordered nachos and they didn't include queso. Hoping this was a rough day for them.

I walked in just now and was greeted by a guy at the food who was technically wearing a mask but with it below his nose and mouth... during a lethal pandemic. No way am I risking my life for a burrito. If they can’t have concern for people during this time, how much concern do they have for other cleanliness. Update 10/30/20 - 11:45: I gave them another shot months later and saw one person in the kitchen not wearing a mask and a few others wearing their masks below their noses—as if their noses aren’t also connected to their lungs like every other human in the world. Nope, nope, nope.

I wasn't that hungry that day but I said to myself let's throw something in the tank anyways! 😜 As I entered this restaurant it dawned on me that I've never been here before, well let's see..... the Tostada jumped at me right away from their manu!. Uhmmm Great choice! I mean! the beef was so good and their greens absolutely as fresh as they get! Amazing lunch for just under ten bucks, and I was back on the road with a smile of delicious tasty food!!😉.

Good food. Great service! It's sad to see all the tables closed off due to covid requirements, but the staff does a great job to work within the restrictions. Thank you!
