June was awesome! I almost had cool white lighted silver star tree topper with warm lights for my Christmas tree. She helped me to find those pure white lights from Petaluma branch. She literally saved my Christmas this year! Thank you so much.
Plenty of staff to help customers
I stopped in the sonoma store for some play sand and a few other things. When it came time to try to get the sand, i waited and waited and was brushed off because they had a problem customer.. after 20 minutes of them helping people who got there after me, I told them forget it, I'll get a refund. They told me I couldnt leave their yard so I may as well wait. Ha! I got my refund and as I was leaving a guy pulled up with my sand. I told him too late, I already returned it. This man also told me that I couldnt leave their yard. Of course I did by driving out the in lane. TLDR; customer service is horrible in the yard with no communication or organization. Ladies driving little cars get overlooked for the men in big trucks. And if you're unwilling to wait, they tell you you cant leave. Sorry Friedman's, you cant hold any body hostage. I went to Parsons and bought all the same stuff from extremely happy, and helpful staff.
Good inventory pretty good prices friendly customer service
This place is great, regardless, the pandemic has made it difficult to do most things but I appreciate all the staff here. Thanks for your dedication. Co-ops are awesome.
