Our hot water heater was old and finally went out, and we had been without water for a week and a half. I was scrambling to gather estimates on a new one and do research on the best system and brands for our needs. I finally came across Exact Plumbing (wish I had found them first) and everything fell into place.nnJordan took the time over the phone to answer all my questions and was very knowledgable and honest, I felt great about our decision to go to a tankless on-demand hot water system, and the price was right. It was installed 2 days later and we are wondering why we didn't do this earlier - it was all very easy. Jordan was great at communicating with me at all phases of the project, and if we have any further questions or issues in the future, I'm confident they will be very helpful.nnExact Plumbing knows what they are doing and are true professionals, and because they have chosen to remain small, Jordan and his business partner have control over the whole business, from customer communication to installation to follow-up.
