Twin City Elementary School

I went to this school years ago, I'm nearly 30 and its experiences have stuck with me till even now, I wasn't the best student I also had ADD, to rectify my learning disability I was stuck in a reading class to which the instructor would yell at us saying we were embarrassments and why can't we just get it, I was an overweight child to which I was abused daily by students, one day while sitting in line for the bus a little girl walked up to me and just started calling me fat and spitting on me, she kept doing it despite my pleas for her to stop she ended up going back in line me being young walk up to her and pretended to spit on her in fear of getting in trouble, she started crying and told the bus driver I spit on her, little did I know it was the assistant principles daughter the bus driver lied saying she was picking loogies out of her hair, I was put into a tiny room for a week while the assistant principal would come in periodically and yell at me telling me if I was her child she would beat me and wouldn't feed me, scared me so much I had my first panic attack, in fear of getting in trouble I didn't tell my parents till one day I missed the bus and I cried to my mother not to take me that's when I told her what happened, I was too young at the time to know how to defend myself or speak out I still think about it to this day and hope things have changed I was looked at as a lost cause and was treated horribly and now I do very well for myself I will never forget what happened to me there but but kids do grow up and you never know what will come up on a message board years later
