Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Both my brothers have worked at Papa Murphy’s locations up north. I’ve always been a big fan, especially of the chicken garlic pizza being my fav, my husband, 3 kids and I decided to get one on Wednesday night.nWell that will be the last time, all signs symptoms led to FOOD POISONING. Hit my husband and I pretty good.nPlease for the sake of everyone check your chicken.

I’ve been sitting here with only 1 other customer (showed after I did) for about 40 minutes. I get it’s Seahawks game day, we just got shut back down due to COVID, and there may be more orders in m unaware of, but it’s not a very good look when you have customers quietly and patiently waiting and we can’t even get an update about our orders. Next time we will just be ordering from Sahara Pizza, more expensive but the customers service is worth the trade off

Just picked up two pizzas and a salad, pizza is fine I hope but for the salad, wow it’s old brown and mush like in the bottom, crew seemed like they didn’t want anyone in as the open sign was off. My cashier #5278nRef/Seq #023918nStore number 48159

I am so impressed by this Papa Murphy's, they truly have an understanding staff. I went in to pick up a pizza yesterday and found that we had ordered a stuffed pizza and I thought that we had ordered a regular one. Right away they offered to make a new one, despite it saying stuffed on the receipt. They even offered to give a refund. When it turned out they couldn't, the manager kindly and calmly explained that she was unable to due to it being an online order. I said that was fine and made sure we'd still be paying the same price we did online. I thanked them for remaking the pizza and went on my way. A short bit later I found out that we actually did intend to order a stuffed pizza. I went back in and asked if they still had it and offered to give back the pizza they had made. They gave me the original stuffed pizza we had ordered and said we could keep the other one as well. I apologized multiple times, knowing well that this was all my fault. They were so calm and forgiving. This is truly what customer service is all about! Thank you so much to the staff that was working, you are awesome and doing great work!!

I've been to this place so many times over the years and it was always a great experience. Ever since COVID hit this place became a mad house. The pizza takes longer to receive, the line inside is chaos and poorly thought out, and the customer service isn't that great.
