Our dear neighbor had an issue with their water main in Woodland. They asked if they could tie into our water line while we were out of town and during the repair and of course we said yes. They had to dig a large trench so they removed two of our large flowering bushes. They left them out of soil and water. It took them more than two weeks to fill in the trench. They did a horrible job filling in the grass and plants. I called THREE times to complain and THREE times there was no response. Fast forward 11 months and when I realized that many of the other plants in the front were turning brown, I manually turned on the drip system to soak only to discover the pipe to the drip system had been cut in the trench they had dug. They did come out the next day. When we discussed the original plant problem, the person said they couldn’t do anything but to call the company. I spoke to a very pleasant fellow on the phone that spoke to his boss... who said they weren’t sure that the problem was actually caused by them and it had been a year so they would not do anything with the plants. Obviously I do NOT recommend this company and their dreadful customer service.

Their service is incredible and I use them for both my home and business. They recently weren't able to fix a drainage issue and only charged me for a minimum charge even though the excellent technician spent 3 hours trying to rectify the problem. I will continue to use them !

JOHN was professional and very helpful. He went above and beyond. I hired Plumbing Doctor to repipe kitchen lines and replace connections. John arrived on time, was always polite, answered any questions/concerns I had, AND even cut to size the small piece of linoleum I use to line space under sink. It’s a small thing to do but meant a lot to me since I don’t own many tools. I’ve hired Plumbing Doctor before and I’ve been pleased every time. Thank you John for being so helpful! We called the Plumbing Doctor and they gave us a time they would be out. They showed up on time. Diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote. The plumber was professional and took his time to explain the problem and what he would be doing to fix the issue. It is obvious these guys have experience and know what they are doing. They didn’t make a mess and cleaned up like they were never here. I don’t mind paying for quality work. They guarantee it but I doubt I will have any issues with the fix. I know who to call from now on.

I live in an old home that was built before indoor plumbing. I recently had an occasional leak in my upstairs bathtub. I called the plumbing doctor and they were able to come out and quickly diagnose the problem, and set up a time to come repair the leak at a time that worked for my schedule. They were able to reschedule due to illness in my family without any problems. The work was completed quickly and properly. This was about 2 weeks ago and I haven't had any more leaks.
