Hi Tek Nails

The girls doing the Pedicure are delightful. They do a very good job. And they are quite thorough. However I do not recommend them for manicure. Very Spotty! not detail oriented, don’t listen. Crummy customer service.

Paid extra for pedicure, shortest roughest massage ever. Not worth it. I have been many other places where they took longer than 2 mins on the massage. Pedicure was mediocre. Polish uneven on toes. Pretty hard to mess up. I asked for a fill and the man filled my prior set ok, but there were 3 nails he had to replace. These were put on wrong, filed them completely unevenly. They turned out AWFUL. The polish was put on unevenly as well. I have never had a set like this as bad before. He wouldn't even fix my nails to shape them like the other ones I had before. How hard is it to follow the shape? Way wonky. I will go back to my regular place next week to have these fixed. I'm very upset because its causing me to waste money!

Went with aunt to get pedicures we got the most expensive one at 30$ each and all they did different than any normal pedi was they used hot wax.... VERY HOT wax that burnt both our feet... the nail tech kept hurting my aunt and my aunt was yelling in pain and told her multiple times she's hurting her but the tech didn't understand and kept going. Would not reccomend this place at all! I didn't even get my legs massaged! Also they do not clean their utensils there was still dried skin and nail clippings on the utensils which gave my toe an infection!

Visited here today. 1st an the last. I can see why they were not busy. The man that did my nails was SO RUDE!! asked him if he could match the polish color I picked to shellac. He stated yes. Then when almost done he said I need to pick another color they can't do it. I said then I will just paint them. An of course they start talking about me , I could tell they were pissed because it is less money. He filled my nails but didnt clean under them ,didn't ask if I wanted them shorter. So he gets up an leaves an the lady comes over an asked. So you just want polish not shellac? WTF.. I told them I am going to an India wedding an this is the color I need to match my dress. I told her to please clean under them. At least she did that. What happened to customer service. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE.
