Mr. Moreno came to our house the same day we called and since it was simply restarting a pilot light on the hot water heater, he didn’t charge us. We called him another time to install a new faucet after other workers installed new counter tops in our kitchen. He actually came while the other workers were still there just so he could talk to them to make sure they were on the same page as him and then came later that day to do the actual work. His bill for this service came in $50 less than his estimate. We are very impressed with his timeliness, the quality of his work, and how he goes the extra mile to be a good person in addition to an excellent plumber.
Mr. Moreno fit us into his schedule and arrived promptly. He was kind and had our problems fixed in no time. We truly appreciated his quick response just before Christmas.

Me Moreno jacked me and my family over bad! Installed pex line after instructed to install copper. Installed a drain without a vent that now has thousands of dollars in tile on the wall and a venting issue..... Go figure! He was given a year to come back and install a shower drain. He never showed. But the biggest thing was when he cut an access hole 3'x3' in my load supporting floor and caused the floor to sag. There is an existing access hole in the closet not 15 feet away but I guess that was to far. The whole floor had to be resuported from under the house because of that one. We mistakenly gave him all the money for the job on the first day and he was never seen from or heard from again.
