Can't say enough good things about this company. Called yesterday with a pilot light issue. Helped me diagnose it over the phone, super knowledgeable about the problem and and the brand, even could tell me the year it was made, and helped me try to troubleshoot it on my own.. Determined I needed a new water heater. Came out the next morning and had it installed with all new hardware in under 2 hours. Great outfit, definitely recommend to anyone that wants/needs a water heater without being upsold to. Keep up the great work.

I highly recommend this company if you need a water heater replaced. I called for a water heater repair late on a Sunday and they helped me out to stop the water. They came early Monday morning on time drained the water heater then replaced it. Customer service was excellent and honest. Price was fair and honestly, will be referring this company to my friends and family.

Robert was exactly who we needed when our water heater failed (over the weekend of course). We called him on Sunday (he answered his cell while he wasn't even in town for the weekend). He was on the job first thing Tuesday morning and we had hot water from our new heater by the afternoon. He even discovered another issue we had on the main house supply line and fixed it on the spot for a nominal fee. Accommodated our every request/question and even returned to make a pressure adjustment a week later when we asked about it. Great prices, excellent work ... I would not hesitate for a second to call Robert again.

If you need your water heater replace Water Heater express is the Best!!nI work graveyard shift and get off 7Am in the morning.. first place i called 730 in the morning...And Robert pick up the phone..i told him that i can do it myself but dont have the time..he even gave me a discounted price..nlater on the afternoon he came and after 2 hrs later he was done.. i cant even imagine how quick and omg!! he is as good as you can get..he even fix extra stuff i had ask him too..if i need anything fix in the future i would not hesitate to call him! thank you Robert for what you do. You Are simply the Best!:)
