Tucker Jennings out of Cedar City and Erica who answers the phones were awesome. She is very sweet and Tucker went way out his way to get us results and he got the job fixed and gave us education. I think we have a new plumber. Thank you Tucker Jennings. Sheila Pishnak and family.

The plan was to install a new gas line to allow us to convert to a gas cook top. Tucker was great in "sleuthing" the current gas distribution system and found that the gas line already existed (from previous owners) in the wall behind the kitchen cabinets. Saved us a lot of money to not have to install a whole new line. Tucker was patient and determine to make sure he understood the need and the system that we had in the home. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter to do the right thing, even if it means they may not get as much money out of the job.

Tucker Jennings was professional and friendly. He arrived quickly after our initial call and provided a very fair estimate. The work was done much faster than we expected, price was less than expected, he kept us informed through the whole process. I would highly recommend Mr Rooter of Cedar City!
