She is very knowledgeable (data-driven), forthright, diligent, passionate and gladly accepted several specific requests to improve the chances of a sale at the highest possible price. Ericka was impressive with the sale of our home. Our home was listed days before COVID 19 shut down businesses and the real estate industry. She was amazing during the lock down. She reached out to multiple agents searching for buyers. Virtual open house tours and videos were utilized to show our home.Even though our home could not be physically shown for months, she was still able to bring in multiple offers. The final sales price was thousands of dollars above our Fall listing price. Our home was listed and sold in less than 3.5 months!

We have now both bought and sold a house with Ericka Hardwick and the NW Nest team. They are FANTASTIC and exceeded our expectations on both sides. I would describe them as highly EXPERIENCED, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AVAILABLE and EXPEDITIOUS consultants who have carried us through closing two times.nnEricka knows the market, helping us set our house at the right higher listing price (instead of perhaps the easier, common route of listing low). She saved us money in recommending what aspects to upgrade and when our house should hit the market. You would do very well to use Northwest Nest in either buying or selling your house.
