Scott Snohomish home as a Real Estate Broker.nnRio Ingram & Greg Erickson are incredible owners and leaders who truly value the success of each member of the team.nMatt Voss is the go-to guy for pretty much everything real estate, he is really always a call away when you need him. He essentially walked me through my first transaction via Zoom.nTammi Shimogawa and Alora Cooper run everything else behind the scenes and do so seamlessly.nnThe office itself is gorgeous and boasts an incredible island where everyone gathers that truly embodies the essence of JLS Snohomish. Everyone treats each other like family—even though we are all in the same industry and should technically be competition, no one ever makes it feel that way.nnWhen I started here as a brand new agent, every single person offered help, suggestions and showed nothing but support. There are different classes usually throughout the week that are particularly beneficial for new agents.nnI’m so thankful for everyone that is part of our John L. Scott Snohomish family. I can’t to see where to future takes me as an agent and where it takes our office. Cheers!
