My wife and I had looked at homes on our own for about a year and a half prior to meeting Rio. This would be our first home purchase and frankly we were more than a little nervous. When we finally took the step to hire a real estate agent, we were luckily referred to Rio. From the moment we met him we knew he was someone we could trust. Our favorite thing about Rio was that he took extra time to thoroughly help us understand every step of the process. When we found our dream first home we needed to move quickly. Rio was very responsive and able to move fast while still educating (and sometimes re-assuring us) every step of the way. He did a great job negotiating, and knew exactly how to help us put our best foot forward. We ended up moving into our home in August and couldn't be more grateful for Rio and his team. I'd heard that buying a home is one of life's greatest stressors, but to be honest working with Rio made it a very positive and fun experience. We felt like we had a strong ally every step of the way and I'd recommend Rio to anyone I know.

Rio became a neighbor and friend to our son, then quickly sold our son's home when he wanted acreage. We were so impressed with his work that a month later we decided to sell as well. Rio put together a plan that we understood and he also understood our needs. He will wow you with his demeanor and experience.
