Emily Zwaller sold our home in three days and found the beach home of our dreams and helped us with the purchase. I was most impressed with her handling of the sellers Windamire agent who was for the most part dismissive and seemed mostly unprepared to deal with complications that came our way during the transaction. Emily shined taking care of the issues in a very professional way. What was so helpful was her willingness to communicate at any time for any reason about things that needed to be sorted out and volunteered on may occasions to contact bankers, insurers, and escrow to sort out issues as they presented themselves. Since the final closing she continues to extend herself to be a go between to get answers for the buyer about our home we sold to them. She is so energetic and never stops until the final papers are signed and beyond. A real asset to ReMax and the team in Snohomish.

Their agent, Jesse Maddox, ignores locals laws and illegally posts signs on stop signs and other signage.
