Horrible experience in every way possible. The first problem was that when we booked an appointment, they called while I was at work and said on voice-mail that if I didn't call back in 15 minutes, they would go to another house. The issue is that they never said beforehand that we would need to call to confirm. If an appointment is made, everyone knows that if you can't make it that you call. Also, most people that work cannot talk on the phone on job.nSo then when they come the next day, the guy refuses to get out of his truck until he is paid $300 for driving to our house. Then he looks around for 15 minutes and says that he can't fix the problem until we pay for him to get a wet suite so that he can go into the water. You're a plumber, thats your job. It isn't our responsibility to pay for a wet suite. How do you not come prepared? Then he gives us an estimate of between $700-$1300 without even knowing the issue. We said no we will find someone else so we were charged $300 for nothing and found someone else who was able to do it for $200 and it took just 30 minutes. Unprofessional and extremely overpriced. Don't waste your time with them.
My technician was so polite and helpful got the job done relatively quick considering everything. He recommends we get a clean out installed. I’m was so pleased with his work and professionalism would call again if need be. We will hope I don’t have to call as Eddie did a terrific job.
Total stoppage of the drain in the garage (laundry) and very slow drainage in the kitchen. Technician Eddie K. evaluated the situation, found available clean-outs and did the work necessary to get them open and running freely. He wore a mask throughout and maintained social distance as much as possible. I was quite satisfied with the service.
My toilets & showers were all backed up. I called Roto Rooter & from the gentleman who answered my call to the technician Eddie who came to my home all employees were professional & service-oriented.they kept me apprised of the time the service would be conducted & the price of the services. Eddie was extremely knowledgeable, kept me informed & was able to diagnose & fix the problem efficiently. He worked quickly & cleaned up everything to it’s previous state. I highly recommend RotoRooter!!
We had an emergency during the weekend. Our sewer mainline broke. A tech from Roto-rooter came very quickly to solve the issue. The service was fast and professional. Affordable price and professional service.
