After doing my due diligence shopping around for the best price on bathroom trim, I purchased over $2000 worth of products from PlumbersStock . I will never depend on this company for any home supplies again. Too many issues with delays. Contractors don't wait around for their supplies and time is money. I ordered from Build.com and got products the next day for the same price as PlumbersStock!

Do not order from this vendor online. they seem to be fishing for information, such as credit card numbers or paypal account numbers. Worst experience of online. I placed an order for a part. 2 days later, I received an email from them saying that my account came up as fraud based on my credit card. I called them and asked them why it was declined. they said a third party reviewed the account and deemed it fraudulent. I asked them what the issue was and they would not tell me. they said I had to pay them through PayPal, which I do not have. they told me to go online and order it again and it should go through. I did order again online and it was declined again. again, I called and they told me that it was a fraudulent transaction. the person who answered the phone was of no help to me.

Placed an order online for sprinkler items. After 5 weeks of waiting for my order (Yes I said 5 weeks! ), there were items missing. When i contacted customer service about it they were very short as if i was fault. I never got an apology or an explanation of why they sent items with merchandise missing with the invoice showing all items were accounted for.

Don't order from this company , I place an order on 6/17/2020, I paid for 2 day shipping, it is now 6/24/2020. Still no tracking number, no product. I call them and was told it was shipping out on 6/25/2020. But i place my order a week ago. But they did bill my credit card. I even sent a cancelation request , and I received a message saying they need to contact a vendor. Please don't shop on this website it a Scam.

I called in after placing an order to question the extended time it would take to receive my order. The individual who took the call lacked any real ability to handle my simple request. Ten business days to send me three plastic washers. You're in Utah and I'm in Southern California. There is no reason it should take this long to receive something so small. Order was fulfilled and will hopefully be arriving sooner than expected. What a poor customer service experience though! Either way I'll have the product eight days earlier than quoted. Thanks PlumberStock I may consider returning as a customer.
