It was great. I needed a chest freezer and got one for a really good price. I got help really fast and he even got me a flat cart for me.

Low Store Staff Quality and Very Slow Answering Phone Calls.nnThis review is based on my visits to the store and one pending flooring project with the same store. First off, the flooring consultant on site should not be hired for the job. She can't communicate clearly and has zero patience. She speaks to her heart's content without listening to the customer. After 2+ hours working with her we still couldn't get the correct estimate. We received 2 obsolete/wrong estimates in email but not the correct one she printed out for us. So there is no way to move the project forward without going back to the store and start over.nnSecond, if you have tried to call the store before then you already know the problem. Unlike all the other (4, 5) H.D. stores that I have called in the past, this store doesn't seem to care about customer phone calls. And, even when I got lucky to talk to someone, they can never complete the task without transferring me to another number. Which, of course, doesn't get answered and end up wasting more of my time.nnEven though Home Depot is enjoying a very healthy growth in business, this store is not servicing the customer right. I put the blame on the management and will try to avoid visiting this store from now on.

I got some of the best help from Daniel in the lumber department. Not only did he tell me what I needed, he took me around the store to get all the materials to get the job done! I was In and Out in no time. Great service!
