Arrive at 2:40. Left at 3:10. We waited in no line just 3 of us. But the wait wasn’t the issue at hand. When we arrived there were 2 people working, one of them got a phone call happened to be the manager, told the young lady who answered she needed to leave because she was supposed to be off the clock already, it was obvious she was staying to help the young boy out, but she left because she had to. Manager Selina then showed up 5 min later and asked why the young lady didn’t leave earlier when he wasn’t “so busy” but like that would’ve made a difference! Poor guy still in training would’ve still been by himself! Honestly the young girl should’ve stayed. Poor guy did the best he could and he did a wonderful job, very polite. Seems new management might need to happen. Shouldn’t leave a worker in training alone.

If I could give it no stars I would. Me being very pregnant my main craving is subway. And I tend to come to this location at least 3 times a week. And the customer service is amazing and quick and my sandwich is always perfect. I come in today at 5:50pm and left at about 6:35pm. I am extremely disappointed with the service tonight. There was one sandwich infront of me when I had arrived. So I waited patiently. It then took over 30 mins for the lady to make my 2 very simple sandwiches. I’m not sure if she is new or whatever but not a good idea to have her close again. Thank you so much.

Very aware of food allergies. Asked all the right questions. And we had a good laugh while ordering. 100% will be coming back again.

Give Deborah a raise very fast and efficient usually takes three times as long with some one else here

Small town feel with friendly personal service, you could see the smile and the willingness to be of help the minute you spoke to the gal making the sandwiches. She listened the first te and got the order right the first try.
