Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

My family buys pizza here almost weekly usually $40 every time. I told the two people working we bought one of their pizza cutters and it broke after only a few times using it. I had thrown away my long time betty crocker one thinking the papa Murphy's one would last and told them I had to cut the last pizzas we ordered with a knife. The guy was super nice and willing to help. The girl said without a receipt I just needed to buy a new one and repeatedly said she never heard of thst happening. I finally explained to her that it did in fact happen and I would have no reason to lie and the pizza cutter was in several pieces so I threw it away. The guy (I didn't look at their names) said he would give a discount but she kept repeating she's never heard anyone say that theirs broke. We spent $60 tonight on pizza and salad and are regular customers. No need to act that way on her part over a $10 item. Not sure I will be returning because of her attitude. Next time we want pizza, frozen pizza from the store it will be.nn-Also, there were over 10 pieces of lettuce and spinach in my salad that were bad and I had to take out.

It's Papa Murphy's, so you know what you're expecting. The staff is generally pretty efficient and an handle our weird orders without screwing it up. It would be nice if they'd encourage folks to wait outside, after they've ordered, so others can pick up without crowding.

The quality is the same as any other PMs. There is one member of their staff that is super aggro and constantly complaining about everything. Multiple times I've stopped by an hour before closing and this staff member consistently has everything put away and is irritated that they have to make another sale. It's enough that Im done bothering.

In and out quick. Made to order perfectly. Always tastes great. 425 deg. Spin at 8 minutes out in 12 minutes total. Awesome!!!
