Been pulled over less than 10 times in 25 years. 2 of those in Beaver. The last one was for window tint that was 20% too dark. If there are so many officers in Beaver that an infraction so small warrants their attention, UHP needs their funding cut.

We were on our way back from Vegas headed to Slc and we ran out of gas and Gary the highway patrol man was so nice and so helpful!!! Its nice to know there is people out there who are nice like that!

Ok so here's my story: I live in California and my fiance has recently moved to Cedar City, Utah. Well he calls to say he ran out of gas and phone is going die. I called UHP, although no success right off the back, I was later speaking to someone who had a Officer take a drive out and check on him..they rode to get gas , (btw he loved the ride in parole car) he said😄 they return only find out battery was dead. So with no cables the Officer was no longer able to help but my fiance made it home( later then I would have liked) so I call UHP again to be told another car will check on him. Thank you Utahs Dispatcher's & Officers for the helping hands where mine cannot reach. He is home and safe. Hope he learns a lesson to not assume there is gas in the tank when the gas meter is broken 🤫😁💋💔

On Thursday April 11th we were on our way home to Arizona from Provo, when I became ill and disoriented We pulled into a rest stop near Cedar City and called 911 . The response was very fast and officer Horton and one other showed up, along with the Iron county sheriff and the EMTs from somewhere. They were very friendly and professional and our problem was solved in less than an hour! It seems I was having a diabetic crash due to extremely low sugar in my blood and could not focus my eyes, was dizzy and did not know much of anything except me name. I have been a diabetic for many years and have never had an experienced this sort of thing before. The EMTs treated me with glucose and in IV of sugar water and I recovered very quickly. I am 84 years old and was scared. They made me feel well cared for and I was able to drive home without incident to ARizona. I will always be thankful to those people and how well they knew what to do. Again thanks for everything Robert Wintersteen 3475 Thunderhead Dr Lake Havasu City AZ 86406

I tried to call for wreckless driving on the freeway during bad weather and no one is there to answer? I've never heard of such a thing. Nice "protect the community", right?
