Very happy with finished product. Donovan explained the different services they offer in an understandable and friendly way, our carpets were very dirty from several years of dust and cats and he made them look great for being 18 years old. Some old stains wouldn't come out but some large ones did, which was huge for us. Not cheap, but they have to buy expensive equipment and hang onto people like Donovan, so understandable. Very satisfied with finished product.
Super service! I like this company so well I've a standing appointment each year in November to prep my home for Holiday visitors.nI receive all of the best options for my carpet cleaning needs. I choose the level of services at that time, I like that.nnThe master carpet cleaning Tech (Donovan), who has provided excellent service for the last two cleaning appointments, always comes up with the perfect options for my cleaning needs. This year I'll be scheduling two visits as I have some new furniture arriving at a later date and would like to have the affected room cleaned just prior to that furniture arrival. All service people we’ve had are professional, clean, kind, and efficient. Absolutely amazing service! Our technician was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He left the carpets spotless. Cleaner than I have seen them since the day I moved in three years ago. Plus I love that this is a family owned business. Will definitely be using this company in the future.
Pure Clean is the best!! I have used them for many years, back in the day when Ben (the owner) came out! Excellent service by friendly and knowledgeable technicians. If something isn't right, they make it right. Jenny in the office is great, very caring and helpful; a few weeks ago I mentioned a possible discrepancy on my bill, and within a couple of weeks I received a reimbursement check in the mail. I am always pleased & satisfied with Pure Clean!
