Small one room museum next door to the police department. Displays showed history of Capitola explaining it first started out as a resort area. It shows how Capitola grew over time.
Sweet little museum with bits of Capitola history.
Nice little museum that is free but asks for small donations. You can easily spend 30 minutes here learning about Capitola history. It's a convenient walk from downtown Capitola toward the more commercial area.
Cute little museum about the history of Capitola. The exhibits change from time to time so if you're waking by it might be worth a stop even if you've been before. Always an enthusiastic and knowledgeable docent on hand. Hours are limited (thu - sun. noon - 4pm). It's free admission. I learned that there is far more to Capitola than I had expected.
Cool place. Lots of neat facts about Capitola. Very friendly volunteers as wells. Worth a visit!
