Duncan responded to our water heater emergency the very next morning and replaced the water heater later that day. The service man was prompt, thorough, and courteous. He did great work, and he took care of processing the warranty paperwork with the manufacturer. Office staff was courteous and helpful as well. Exceptional service! Thank you!
Today I really needed a plumber and Nui came and quickly and very professionally and skillfully repaired my problem. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working correctly. His work is impeccable and he was friendly and kind. I so appreciate Duncan plumbing for fitting me into the schedule, and for Nui saving the day!
Had a break in the main water line to the house, and Nui with Duncan Plumbing came out, gave me a reasonable bid, and prioritized the job such that the very next day I was back in the 21st century with running water in the house. Admittedly, I had already dug the new ditch but he was able to put me up in the queue to get water running again in the house. A hot shower never felt so good :) Thanks again, Duncan Plumbing!
