Rosenthal Plumbing was prompt and the technician, Chris, was very competent, accommodating and efficient. An inefficient point of use water heater installed prior to our ownership was changed out. Although he made a small error in calculating energy needs on the electrical side, Chris was quick to inform us and no labor, materials or time was lost since the electrical had yet to be done by another company. The choice of product was still what it should have been. I would recommend Rosenthal to anyone looking for quality service, especially with Chris in its employ.

Rosenthal Pluming was able to be at my home the same day I called. The plumber they sent out was knowledgeable and polite. He explained all info pertaining to replacing our water heater.nWe are very pleased and will return to Rosenthal Plumbing as needed. The cost was reasonable.

Rosenthal plumbing is excellent and I would highly recommend! I’ve used them twice for two very different plumbing issues and they’ve been great both times! Really willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get the best service! Excellent at explaining the issue in terms you can understand and really good about giving you multiple options and estimates, so you can pick the service and the price point that is right for you! The service person, Chris, was very thorough in analyzing our septic system problem, which turned out to be quite complex. He employed a variety of diagnostic equipment to evaluate our very dated system. Chris and his co-worker, Matthew, patiently educated me about a wide range of septic equipment, both old and new,, which helped me understand why repair work was necessary, and what options could be used to address them. Will definitely be using Rosenthal Plumbing for any future septic work!

Michael came out to give quote on water heater. I had three other quotes from different companies. He answered my questions and he was knowledgeable and professional. I decided to go with Rosenthal because of that first impression. Michael also installed the water heater and I was happy with the overall interaction and experience with everyone involved.
