I had my 1st call in July. They showed up same day completed task and under a 6month warranty. We thought it was fixed and 3 days later we had a back up again. No questions asked out again same day as I called. Now fast forward another 4/6 weeks we have a back up again. I called no questions someone is on there way in 45 min. Great. They show up he tries for about an hour no luck!! They send Phillip same day works on it for 3 hours takes disposal off 1st one out of 3 to try this avenue.. I was extremely happy with how Phillip explained it and was extremely apologetic for having to inconvenience me for a 3rd visit.nnKeep people like Phillip who made you forget it was a 3rd visit.nnThanksnJb
Technician was 40 minutes late from our 1-hour time slot (8-9, but arrived at 9:40). He spent 30 minutes or less at our place between assessing the issue, fixing the issue, cleaning up, and issuing the bill. Charged $425. While I appreciate that someone arrived same day, my usual plumber charges only $150 for the same service (happens annually, always due to root growth in the pipes). Significant overcharge. Also, we were wearing masks during his visit (due to pandemic), but he entered our house without one on twice. Not safe.
Josh was a consummate professional. While he was backlogged on bigger jobs than snaking our line, he came to us first even though it was 8PM. Although he initially wanted to hold-off as we had an old cast iron pipe; he decided to try to see if he could help us out so we could use our washer. He was able to saw the cap off, completely snake the line and get everything working. I really appreciated his dedication and getting the job done. Also, he was a straight shooter and called it as it was; did not sugar coat and explained all our options and his recommendations. Would definitely have him come back out in the future for any potential issues.

I have a tree root problem. The tech that came out to snake my drain was very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to locate a camera tech so that we could see the level of damage the roots caused. Prices have gone up since the last time I needed a plumber but given the high level of service I received, it was worth the money
