Bevan was awesome to work with! He was always so helpful with any questions we had, and he made the whole house buying process so easy and seamless. It never felt like we were a bother or wasting his time when we had questions - he always had the answer or found the answer for us. He was helpful when we needed recommendations for a lender as well as someone to do an inspection. Because he is so knowledgeable, I could always rely on recommendations he made, and I never had to question whether we were on the right track. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone any day of the week.

Bevan Cox is the man to call when it comes to buying a home in Southern Utah. He works tirelessly to answer all of our questions and is readily available when we need him. From day one he has been warm and welcoming and we wouldn’t have anyone else help us buy/sell a home in the future! He is much more than a realtor, but a friend!

I’ve known Bevan since he first moved to Cedar City when I joined his gym. He showed me around and was upfront about the cost etc. I purchased a gym pass and he bought an alarm system from me. Later on one of his sons did the lawn care at my home and was consistent every week. I felt his hard work ethic reflected upon his parents. Bevan and I always have had honest dealings with each other. Although I have never been involved in real estate with him he is a person that I have been able to rely on for many years now and have always been impressed. He seems to have a lot of drive in everything he does and I feel like that’s an awesome thing. He’s a massive dude and strong as they come but is actually a peacemaker and sticks up for others. I’m proud of him for getting his license and good luck Bevan!

I HIGHLY recommend Bevan for any of your real estate needs. He is very professional, personable, efficient, honest, determined and has a vast knowledge of all of the aspects of the business. His communication and negotiation skills are top-notch. Everything was straightforward and well explained without any last minute "surprises". He also put a lot of his personal time into research and preparation for his listings
