Ok so I love it there they always do great on my hair. But I have been trying to get in for the past 2 weeks and they bailed on me 2 times and I am so happy that my hair is going to get done but they always cancel at the last min. I get really frustrated with them!! I suggest if you need your hair done by a week then don’t go here bc they might cancel on you...!

I left work early because they told me the only appt they had was at 2 and the lady didn't finish her client before me until 3:30... She made my hair WAY darker then we agreed on and then she tried to argue with me that I had asked for it to be this dark. I wanted a light brownish red and its almost cherry black. It was a 120 dollars and I feel like I should have paid nothing. I just wanted to cry the whole day after this awful experience. I've been going here two years and this will be the last time for me.

Daniel is an excellent stylist and his staff are courteous and professional. I have been going here for 9 months and have never walked away unhappy. His prices are very reasonable as well.

Went in for a basic haircut, ended up having to get it fixed at a different salon the next day. The new stylist said it looked like she put my hair in a pony and just chopped it and let me leave. They also canceled on me and aren't very reliable with appointments.
