McMillan Appraisal was very quick to reply to my request and set an appointment right away. Our appraiser, Bo was very professional and provided a quality product. I would definitely recommend this company if you want quality and professional work.

Our appriser Dustin was friendly, but distracted by a companion waiting in his car and was in and out of the house in 20 minutes. He failed to look at any sort of CMA provided by our agent, and came up 90,000 under market value. Dustin paid little attention to detail. I would recommend another appraisal service.
