Never received a reply to any of my problems regarding the property I moved in making 2 weeks today 07/31/2020 with multiple problems first it was the air which is still hot n then the sink which had a roach in it when I first walked in next it was the water from the air leaking out the pipe in the hall way n then I started seeing a roach every day , to being locked inside the door not opening and no one responding to anything the Mateniece could not help being far away on another job n the reality company not respondingnNo emergency maintenance number guess I’m supposed to call the police cus they didn’t do the door right so I could get out the door ! Do NOT GO HERE JUST DONT NOT EVEN WHEN DISPARATE

All potential sellers and buyers proceed with caution with Equality Reality. The owner/agent had negotiated a sale and 4 weeks AFTER the sale funded came after me for money that was NOT owed to him. His business practices have been turned into the board of ethics and all governing entities so future clients do not get scammed. He will threaten you with liens and harass you. I encourage you not to back down and be bullied into his manipulation. Folks, this is illegal. Do your homework on this company.
