I have only interacted with Teri Johnston, but we were very disappointed. She is a property manager for a house we were considering renting. I talked with her on the phone during the week. She was very nice, but expressed concern about having a dog who is a PTSD support dog. She made a comment about how they were not pleased about the dog, but that they could not legally deny us because of it. We set up a time to view the house two days later, and she never showed up. We waited outside for 40 minutes, called and emailed multiple times, and were unable to reach anyone. She finally called us back hours later and said she had missed it due to personal reasons. We are reasonable and understanding people. We would have been happy with a text message, even if it was after we had arrived. She did offer to reschedule, but after the way the situation had been handled, we decided we couldn't in good conscience rent property managed by someone who would stand us up, and where there was even the the appearance of failing to follow fair housing laws.
