I hate giving bad reviews so I will say Nicole was amazing and she is why I added a star. Windermere does not have a check and balance system for the homes they lease. At least I hope not. I wouldn't want to think they knowingly rented a home in foreclosure. We rented a home we fell in love with in a neighborhood we fell in love with to find out the home was in a foreclosure process. Our leasing agent had zero personality and was very rude in his emails. I won't put his name here because I don't want to be mean. Having to deal with renting a foreclosed home and trying to find another place in a hurry left me asking a lot of questions, (which I get, I was probably annoying) just to receive responses that were short, rude or instead of answering a question he rudely quoted the law and his rights as a leasing agent. Actually, I think there were two emails I received from him that led me to believe he was capable of human emotion and kindness but they were short lived. It was so disheartening to be in this situation because they leased us a home where the mortgage was not being paid, and were unapologetic, showed no compassion or understanding. So disappointed:(.

I have been dealing with Windermere property management for over 5 years. I have only wonderful things to say about them. They are always so friendly and their response time is amazing. If you are looking for a rental I would definitely recommend them, you will not be disappointed. And if you are looking for a real estate agent, Nicole is the best.

I would DEFINITELY not recommend this agency. They have given out MY email as their own email to their clients, thus I am receiving many sensitive emails. I have REPEATEDLY told agent ELENA MOORE about this situation, yet she refuses to act. I called the Lake Stevens Real Estate office to let them know of the situation, only to have the owner hang up on me. I am getting financial statements, social security numbers, and a lot of other sensitive information sent to my personal email. This shows a lack of professionalism on even the smallest scale. DO NOT USE ELENA MOORE or Lake Stevens Real Estate office if you value your privacy.
