My son and his friend went in. The guy wasn’t wearing a mask and was super rude to both boys. The veggies were awful. They were soggy and discolored. When the transaction hit my account it was $37 for two foot long sandwiches. My son said he was told it was $20. So $37 is ridiculous. A meat sandwich with no toppings because they were so old. Plus there was a buy two get one free and that wasn’t not given either. I called to get my money back over poor service and a very poor sandwich and was told no.

the App didn’t let me add another sandwich so i could not get the deal i was buying four and it only allowed three so instead of $20 for 4 I now have to pay $30 cuz the kids working there can’t figure out how to fix it I am not very happy with the knowledge of the workers when a manager isn’t there

Don’t bother ordering ahead of time. It wont be ready and they wont even finish it when you get there to pick it up. They will make sandwiches for people that came in after you arrived to pick the order up. What’s the point of offer this service if you don’t actually provide the service.

Used the app to order... wasn't ready by the scheduled pick up time. We had to come back in 10 minutes. When we got home two of our four sandwiches were missing toppings. A turkey bacon avocado was supposed to have bacon and avocado. I also did not add mustard but it came with plenty. My husband's sandwich was missing it's bacon too. So much for the up charge!
